First if the MM's "Market Manipulators" would raise the ask the bid will follow, thats just they it works, personally I don't see any reason to sell this stock for less than .027 yes thats right .027 not a typo!

IMV The Longs hold the majority of TYTN stock and that is why you don't see much action going on right now the MM' Market Manipulators are trying to get our shares by holding the price down, but that won't last long they are short and will need to cover very soon.
