i dont know if this "smart" as you put it.... but DIII goes in cycles, it always has... its well enough known by the "penny traders" that once it catches a bit of spark she runs... and then it will hit the sell period... wash rinse repeat... im not sure anyone cares what they do or if a r/m is coming in short order etc... buy low sell higher... down here we pick em up and wait a few for the upward trajectory... it's just how DIII works
