honestly... never was a new apa.... no talks.

Why do you think Lee filed to rescind? Because if he kept the motion live, and stopped the BK, Lee would be liable for all legal expense that Paul drummed up, Knobbe would get the patents because that would have a lien on it, Sam would have to pay for everything and to get the patents back, he'd have to pay Knobbe.

Now why would he pay for his own patents... it would be out of stupidity.
