Be careful Hustler, you can't say they are 'shorted' (FTD) for 3 days, but the fact that the MMs can't get any shares, means they will be officially shorted then. Like some one described PYCT as a 'non-reported' company. One of the reports they don't have to 'report' is the bi-monthly short report
"In coordination with SEC staff, FINRA is publishing on its web site: (1) aggregate daily short sale volume data by security for NMS stocks and OTC Equity Securities, and (2) monthly short sale transaction data by security for NMS stocks. Due to the more manual, member-driven reporting structure inherent in the over-the-counter market, FINRA notes that data imperfections may be more likely than with similar reporting by the exchanges."

'Daily Shorts Report' figures from Oct 2010-August 11,2011

TOTAL..2,947,120,441.....OUT OF .....5,680,823,434

Granted some of the nearly 3B Shorted, may have been covered by the likes of the 23 trades whereby the MMs were able to BUY shares under .0001 for a profit.

47,425,190 shares traded under .0001 since Oct 5,2010 (23 trades)
