Not hard to answer...when tytn was at 0.0045 and ready to jump in the penny range, Mark the CEO behaved like an idiot and increased the A/S coupled with doing some light dumping.
Now with all these said, tytn can reach penny land soon after ppl put behind the A/S increase (usually takes at least 3 months, so we might be there) and if Mark doesn't dilute again or he does it in a way which doesn't outpace the growth of the company.
Based on what I see here, that's the first time within the last 3 months when tytn got a shot at running hard...we will see.
