We all hope and pray the medical field strategy works and will create a production starting point at some point in near future,,but as in any successful business plan you have to be prepaired with plan "b" ALREADY IN MOTION, so the Henderson advert or any start in a high profile area needs to get rolling as it looks like its started.. Sometimes its not always if its the highest profile athelete, its if he is in the high profile sport.. Henderson is awesome, but as i mentioned with wrecks in NASCAR you might get more exposure. With AQUAPRIN logo on HENDERSONS a-s even if he stays on his a-s a lot you just turn the meaning of the advert to ,,ITS BEEN A ROUGH DAY,,,NEED AQUAPRIN,,IT REALLY WORKS WHEN YOU JUST GOT KNOCKED SILLY.
I reckon i get in a hurry on this part of it is because the longer Aquaprin is not on market the greater opportunity a larger company has in developing. I hold a patent # DES.320,439 on what i called RH HEATER KIT FOR CEILING FANS. MY INITIALS ARE RH.I developed a ceiling fan that had a light kit as well as a small heating element KIT and it was perfect for knocking the chill off. AT that time design patents were 10k and full intellect patents were 100k. I barely could do the10k but thought i really had something and others did as well.It was a 14yr patent that expired 2004 . Somebody else is making money on it now. Had a lot of takers, BUT THEY WANTED ME TO PRODUCE. WITH 4 KIDS,I COULDNT TAKE THE GAMBLE and finally just got my money back out of. Still true today,,If you dont have money its so hard to make money.
Are the PATENTS WITH PHAR ON SOLUABILITY PROCESS DESIGN OR FULL INTELLECTUAL???? SOMEHOW I JUST HADNT THOUGHT TO LOOK OR ASK. EVEN IF PATENT IS PENDING IF DESIGN ONLY ANOTHER PRODUCT CAN MAKE THE SLIGHTEST ALTERATION AND THEY CAN GET A PATENT AS WELL...
I Have faith in Howards knowledge of this 100%. Just know the longer its not on market and the more knowledge other companies find out about then its just vulnerable.. Howards way too sharp for that TO HAPPEN i believe!!!!!!!!!!!!
