not far from common to see reverse mergers into start-ups with no revenue. imo, the BRZL vehicle is more useful to make a small gain as a speculative shell than it is to hold BRZL shares for a longer period of time as the latter would be an incredible gamble. if Weiss had any information regarding a new merger candidate it would have been included with the 'Renfro acquisition closing' pr or released the following trading day. if your are here to actually gamble your money then by all means make it rain, however, i currently think there's better places for my hard earned loot.imo. weiss couldn't put it together the first time around, what makes you think he'll pull it off the second? aimo.
