Hello Cubininv, MLR , Rain and all the long and strong xtenders,been away for few months catching up with the board and I just spoke with Nadine, She sounded good Addendum to the APA is on track to be Agreed/Completed/Signed on or by September 1st,2011, Right after that the APA will be presented to the court to have BK Dismissed followed by the legal steps to remove the Q from the symbol, She said there will be a PR once the Addendum/APA is signed, She added that we dont have wait until Sep 6th to file we can do it before that day.
