LETS not mix up SGDH any way with this when a new deal is signed and new shares issued that means it's clear that the old one is off,further what thinking you are having with almost 5 bio shares will they ever be mad to have a r/ s at .0035' never as it will still leave a o/ s of 1.5 bio,as said I am sure these guys are waiting for that possible 350 mio shares out in the public float and once they try to accumulate most of it this will make a run till possibly .05 and then think of a r/ s

Just look at the way it trades with no volume that means there are no shares which the MMs are getting and that's the reason they are holding on to this level
