Because of the way the reverse merger transactions worked----they keep the Guard Dog Inc corporate structure and 15SOF is a Subsidiary of Guard Dog Inc. They could change the name but they'd have to apply for a Corporate name change and/or ticker change. Per the recent filings they have 431 shareholders. For new folks (lets say outside Ihub) the communication might be 15SOF--15 Seconds of Fame --publicly traded as GRDO. GRDO has never run an official promo of any kind---again I'm not sure a Corporate name change or ticker change gains a lot---but it might.
