Could CBAI be waiting for CCEL proxy? If Portnoy wins, could CBAI buy/merger CCEL? After all Portnoy suggested to sell CCEL cord blood business last year and CBAI made two offers, rejected by Ms. Walton. Instead of getting CMEX get the "big mother", that was Matt's plan A at first IMO. If Portnoy doesn't win, go ahead and close CMEX. I still have faith in Matt and CBAI, willing to wait to see.
