ok, from what I'm seeing, you guys cover pump and dumps and scams. When is somebody going to start covering the dump and dumps.

I'm talking about the stock promoters that just take stock and/or cash and don't do anything besides dump...

Who causes more harm "net effect"? The "pump" and dumpers or the "dump" and dumpers...?
