Hardball, yesterday you clearly stated that you were not Joel and yet some don't want to believe it. You described why you are here and what your motives are and yet you continue to get blasted. If you choose to leave, I sure wouldn't blame you and when you tell your friend Joel, I am sure he will remind you that is the reason why he left too. You try to give your opinion which includes your legal background and instead of having honest debates, certain people resort to attacks. There definitely is a contingent of hypocrites on this board that don't want honest debate and would rather attack.

Next time you speak to Joel, do me a favor and tell him that I said hi. I sent him a PM a while back and didn't get a response so I figured he sold out his position. I am glad he is feeling a little better and is able to get back to work some. Take care
