APII on breakout alert. with a 4.4 million float and zero dilution APII has moved forward a few weeks ago from a low of .02 to a high of .20 and has settled in the .178-.19 range for further consolidation.

Risking it all to obtain the reward, necessitates the motivation to succeed.
