tigerpac, what point are you trying to raise here..dilution? No stock holder wants to see stock shares created out of thin air, but this is not a CAT stock, it's a pinky. I cant think of one pinky that Ive owned that didn't issue stock in such a way at some point. I appreciate questions being raised, but if I had as many skeptical questions as you I'd simply move on...do you even own this stock? There are some real dogs out there in pinky world, if your goal is simply to play "devil's advocate", there are plenty of them I could turn you on to.
