Clearly Wallace feels wronged and this is the decided venue to discuss who's to blame for what. Hopefully all parties can come to an agreement because it is really just a matter of time before this stock goes big. If this was not the belief of Wallace initially, why would he have wanted to be associated with them? Regardless, if Wallace is a shareholder, he could stand to make out well if he spent as much time supporting the stock price instead of trying to prove his innocence. In the end, who cares? Isn't the point of investment into a company to make money? We could all make money here as things progress. Just a thought with no judgement.
