even if the entire A/S was issued and outstanding that would only be about 6.5 Million Dollars... that is what some people keep trying to make a big deal of...

The reason that people make a big deal out of this is because every time they issue another share, the shares you hold are worth less. If the entire A/S is issued, then that would make every share you hold worth 25% of what it is currently worth.
