IGNORANT use of the law to dismiss AH's appeal because shareholders have no 'implied claim'. What a fuc.ing joke. My 'implied claim' would be my 'real certificates' which could be argued rather easily are a claim to 'real property' in any form. Not being an attorney, I may be stating these things 'loosely', but my intention is clear. When the task force asked us to pull our certificates, what they were asking is to hold our 'claims' to the company, whether they be trusts, leases, promissary notes, sub-leases, sales from mineral rights or whatever. Our certificates represent our hold on everything the company owns, has sold, has sub-leased, etcetera. If my certificates are worthless, then every contract in America between two parties is just as worthless, IMO. eom.
