While it's never good to be late in business, there are lots of reasons for being late in business and there are lots of businesses that are late and carry on. Our differences are in the minutia.

We both agree they will file sometime today (prolly after the bell) and I agree that this is going to get better from here -- not necessarily "great" as you stated.
