From the messages, I detect the nervousness before the kickoff in the "BIG Game". I gather that we are not guaranteed to win but neither is ERICY. WE have more to gain but they have more to lose. Campagna is a hard nosed guy and F&J are outstanding lawyers. I thought ERICY would cave in 2002 to put this behind them. I was wrong. I would advise them to settle soon to prevent their worst nightmare from happening. If we lose we won't be happy but we won't be ruined. ERICY risks their existence as a leader in mobile communications.
Be strong and don't sell even though the market environment is lousy. We will overcome!
