Better question is after the BCSC issued a cease trade order, WHY, OH WHY did they BLATANTLY HALT all shorting, after all if pyct is going to be shut down and there was 9 grand on the bid, its free money...but they refused to short it.
Means they know whats coming and this was their last failed attempt.
