Anyway I appreciate the vote of confidence but I'm sure Evercore and Barclays are gonna do a fine job.

I would also want my patent attorney buddy as my negotiating partner.

(although his guess has been $8.5B at least prior to the Googorola deal--now he MIGHT reconsider). His thought was that IDCC is worth what I say and MORE but it would be too radical and earthshaking to pay more) Our bet *(with undefined terms of victory--relying on one another's good will) is that he gets anything up to $10B, I get anything over $12 and that $10-$12 is a push.

Honestly one thing I would use is the idea that shareholders might not accept less than some multiple of the Nortel price given the factors I cited and the company's statements about our IP vs the Nortel IP.

Oh and it might help to have Nukejohn as pafrt of the team--between him and my buddy we can play good cop and my partners are the bad wildman cops so better to deal w me I'm the REASONABLE one lol
