Xinpro sure saw something concrete to go ahead and build a dedicated factory in China exclusively for Flushaway products.
Suffice to say a large amount of money has been going into this Xinpro facility alone for the last 9 months or so, and no body would do all this with their own money without proof of deals and sales on multiple continents.
2 weeks, maybe less.
