unless that 138k was done directly with the co.... the company never saw a dime of that money

misleading at BEST.....the company issued the shares ...BILLIONS...the company was indeed paid money...albeit at a discount....from the *friendlies* who participated in the factory direct share sales....these same *friendlies* simply resold these same shares to jerry....it's all part of a pink sheet pump and dump process...and for ANYONE to suggest that the company didn't receive a dime from the original sale of these shares is either...not aware of the process...or simply enabling this scheme.
