With all due respect, I made the decision to actually invest over 138,000.00 of cash in our company so they would have some capital to work with.

I placed my trust and good faith with men whom I have met in person and had some discussions with.

unless that 138k was done directly with the co. .. the co. never
saw a *dime* of that money .. because those shares were bought on
the open market .. hence they never got the *capital* noted via
said post

understanding risk/reward b4 *entering* a stock .. it's why i
