Welch, if the SEC had issues with the company, they would have shut it down a long time ago. It's funny that the BC had issues so close to full production. Maybe the BC is trying to avoid taking the bill if their MMs, brokers, or clients couldn't cover. Canada has been known to do a lot of naked shorting in the past. We will see in a few weeks if they lift the restriction before the full production is announced.
