Brian - Have you had any contact with wdrp's attorney (Wilke?) explaining shareholder concerns and asking what rights they may have, as well as relevant procedures, in regard to replacement of officers? Is management in compliance with legal requirements to hold annual meetings etc? Does the capital structure allow the independent shareholders any possibility of affecting issues, or is overwhelmingly controlled by insider interests. Seems to me he (Wilke - not sure of his name) has a professional obligation to inform us fully and objectively in these matters. Just a thought. You seem to have taken on the unenviable tasks of leadership in which I wish you best luck!
