So what?? Are you insinuating that mgmt provided transparency is upon us simply because mgmt is cognizant of the tax liens... "they" are fully cognizant of many things..

Actually...."they" were fully cognizant of the fact that "they" FAILED to remit payroll taxes which "they" deducted from employee checks for tax periods ending 3/31/2010, 9/30/2010, 12/31/2010, and 3/31/2011.....yet "they" issued 20+ shareholder updates/PR's AND held a SHAREHOLDERS MEETING during the time period of 3/31/2010 through 3/31/2011 with NO MENTION whatsoever of DELINQUENT PAYROLL TAXES..

"They" were fully cognizant of ETC patent and trademarks being abandoned.. "they" were fully cognizant that no CEO would be named in January... "they" were fully cognizant that ZERO retail outlets would be carrying the DEAD ETC product line .. "they" were fully cognizant of many things 4kids...and "they" have not been forthcoming with this information...Instead "they" have LIED about these issues...



and by the way 4kids...The liens were filed on 8/2/2011....the shareholders meeting was announced in July.
