that *opinion* comes as zero surprise to me

but then i was actually an investor in expo
via exph in SEPT 2009 and documented copies
of lots of *enlightening* posts :)

some might want to pay attn *here*

the last time i interacted with finra's
whistleblower group the conversation was
why a short and distort would have been
done against expo via exph .. after not one
~ but two orchestrated runs had already been
accomplished in july and sept 2009

like i've posted ad nauseam .. there is no gray here

if mgmt has sold shares <contrary to what they've have
both publicly and privately stated over the past years>
they will go to jail .. so will their TA

my expectation <in due course> is that info is known via forms
uploaded to the sec and the entity/s who enriched themselves
at the expense of the co. .. the shareholders' and exph's pps
are KNOWN *publicly* .. and are dealt with *accordingly*

back in sept 2009 ~ when i first contacted the sec <specific to exph>
due to MM PALC's *egregious and BS* lock step movements with
MM NITE blocking and shorting on exph's ask

my *efforts* were both mocked and ridiculed via posts in this venue
but contrary to the .. er ... posts .. posted .. without fail .. the 2nd ?
asked of me by both the sec and in due course finra .. was
do you have copies of the trades/tapes in ? on EXPH ..

the answer of course is yes .. i do

i'm not a co. insider .. i am not privy to co. info .. but i do understand
both the process and a co. struggling to survive the macro and
i fully understand that there are always 2 ways to view info

but mostly
i've learned the valuable lesson of interacting with locals who
do *know* and *see* and *hear* info never *posted* about via a SMB

i've offered up my thoughts on why the co. may have gone the route
they did re: the tax liens .. i look forward to what mgmt has to
articulate .. after all they were fully cognizant of these liens
when they *revealed the date of the upcoming shareholders' meeting*

lastly .. i've already stated to mgmt <end of july> when the SM info
was released .. that a second meeting sans info <expected> won't cut it

we will all get to see what comes to pass on 9/22/2011
