ronnie, thanks for the clarification and your opinion. I know it's not popular with some here but the fact is when these alerts pop up it HAS a short term affect on share price. I guess folks even like TC thought the selling was done. Some may argue, but yeah this is different they sold to exercise options. Regardless unless you are digging deep into this most folks will seemingly say "more insider sales from IDCC mgmt". Let people defend the practice all they want perception is what has an affect. We aren't the only nervous one's going into Feb 10th. As a side note I firmly believed we would see a gradual runup this month before the trial, I hope it still happens but if we keep getting these intermitent sells I think it will stall any momentum. Come on settlement
