unless these locals have *fake certs* in
their offices .. there is a share imbalance
where exph shares are concerned .. of course
that comes as no surprise since that is EXACTLY
the reason why ETC couldn't be spun off back in
late 2009 .. early 2010 and of course it was one
of the reasons that mgmt increased their AS for
the first time since *trading on the pks* in march 2010

"If" there really are more shares out there than exist, I'd personally be more concerned that the company is responsible than evil entities...

They would be far from the first pink to be guilty of having unregistered shares issued!
