Your opinion is a good one.
We don't try to break a company and Microsoft and the like do come from such risks. We try to get the truth to be the truth. If one person has suggested I wash my hands of it because it is out of my hands, and the other whose hands it is in doesn't say anything and will not answer calls....something isn't right and you fix it.
