Thanks guys, I haven't been able to find them yet, but I believe what you are saying. I just find it shocking that they would not tell us any explanation, and that is the main reason I was pissed.

Seems strange that there just happens to be a "glitch" in the system with only the stocks related to CMKX. I have long heard that there is a tight partnership between Ameritrade and some MMs who were naked shorting like NITE, so it wouldn't surprise me if this is just another desperate attempt at a scare tactic to try to get people to bail out completely so the shorts can cover.
