Brg The answer is no. Years back 1997 they were called 504s and they could be traced back. But thats like you saying hey 2 million shares were just sold who is the seller?? Just cant!! But the 2 people in MN are acreditated investors. No matter whats happens to the price of the stock they make at least 15% The lower the stock goes the more stock they get!! But for FH and JS to say they wanted stock not cash was a outright LIE. All round and geoly have been doing all along they have been quoting FH and JS no matter how stupid it was. Just like JS said they were Certified for something and believing that garbage a poster repeated the same. In the meantime if they would have asked the CEO he would have said NO we are not cert. In this day and age who in there right mind wants stock of a company trading at 1/5 of a cent vs CASH.And of course it was the same 2 posters who agreed with Hilal. They agreed with Hilal because they dont know the rules and regs. Well Joani told Hilal at the SHM last year that she will have 2 daughters going to college next year. And she said Hilal looked me in the eye and said DONT WORRY. Lets hope he keeps his word!!
