Technically, a shell is an active corporation with no current operating business. But Allied Products is not a shell -- it is gone entirely, bankrupt, defunct. That makes ADPC a zombie ticker rather than a shell. As such, it is subject to an SEC trading suspension if the SEC ever notices that there is no company behind the ticker.

That doesn't mean that it can't run if enough people buy the stock, but be careful. And there will NOT be a reverse merger here because there is nothing to merge with.
