POPN is still under lockdown by DTC, correct? According to a PR by another company under the same issue, the trade-for-trade lock was imposed to stop rampant naked short selling. That company said they stopped issuing PRs during the lock in order to curb any unduly influence on an orderly market.

If that same situation is happening here, we may have to wait until the DTC releases its grip before we get news. Then a bunch may come all at once, if anything has actually been going on these last couple months.
