I've been using StockCharts for around 5 years. Over that time my charts have ranged from cluttered messes to nothing but the candles.
I've found that keeping it clean lets me best see price action.
I traded currency for about two years, and that is when I first learned about price action. For me, it works well but I am by no means an expert.
I haven't been trading options for too long but I immediately took a liking upon them after seeing the returns one can make (great job on those doubles).
I really need to create a generic style for my charts. The most important thing I do when I use stock charts is turn off 'Log Scale'. That changes the way a chart looks and trend lines, S/R lines, etc. can not be drawn correctly.
