Robert said the patents cant be found because we are looking on the US and they were filed in Canada and also because they are on the 18 months waiting period, but he didnt give any info on the one he is supose to hold from more than two years ago before he signed with WDRP and that CANTbe found also on the canadian patent office under his name or pulsar. bottom line he said dont bother to ask Im not giving any info on that, mentioning IP protection.


He basically said that the patent held when originally contracted with Wanderport he had allowed to lapse, for a couple of reasons, one he sort of indicated it was old and immature (my take) and two he was co-inventtor so by maintaining that patent would allow his co-holder to make parallel arrangements undermining his efforts.

I think it was pretty clear that UL would do efficiency and also safety tests. You are imo correct that those would be done on a finished product, not a prototype, although there might be preliminary efficiency data from the prototype. It was said that UL was very interested in being involved at all stages (well, they do what business, ey?)
