The BS responses to why no shares were purchased in the Q was the straw that broke the camel's back for many. And they still won't answer straight on what is going on with Daying. The way the company has handled CC this whole year evading questions (or entire Q&A) has just been pathetic. If I were a conspiracy theory fan I'd almost say they are trying to drive it into the ground so they can take it private on the cheap.
