NEGS is Threshold Security--What does this mean---means that someone's been shorting it and haven't delivered their shares--what does this mean for us---means the shorts will have to cover by actually buying with 10 days of the SEC determination. No more naked shorting = $$ for share price. Better get in at these levels.
