I think the financing deal will be huge and possibly not too far down the road.

Also, is it possible that the increases A/S is due to help fund the financing deal or will be used for a cross list? If the answer to either of those is yes, and the deal isn't complete yet, then you can fully understand why Mark can't explain right now. And when the deal is complete, we will all wish we had more shares.

Just my take on some possibilities.
