The industry is doing the work for us. If a sale does not materialize and IDCC sets a firm rate for its LTe license plus a recoup of past 3g, serious money will be heading to KoP. We have the main man at Google saying if was about patents only, they would have bought IDCC. We have MMI stating that 2.25% is reasonable for their Lte portfolio. I see no bad news today except for guys like me that want a long journey to end. If I have to stay with it for another 3 years, I am more than ready after Nortel and MMI have changed the scenery. If our best in class cannot perform very successfully from here, then we just may have picked a bad horse. The Ocean man seems to think we have the goods.

Just in case Google wants to be a manufacturer, they will need a license. Right, Mr. McCourt? BTW sir, it is just about patents at the KoP if you plan to place terminals in commerce. Do not look now, but you may have bought MMI's 3g tab also. It will cost you 2.5 billion to get out now or pay us the past and license going forward. I hope you produce a lot of terminals.
