re: zstn deal, remember zstn has to deal with the chinese gov regarding the ecdc deal and that is probably what is taking all this time. It has been a while since the loi was signed and there has been no notice that any party has backed out of the deal so it is still being worked on and we will just have to wait. You want a good deal, not a fast deal.
