In all of these as far as I can see the charges are not detailed, but every entity seems to be spoken on in one stroke as alleged to have attempted manipulation of WDRP (the security).

Really? Come on... Like I said, unless you can provide a quote, even one that isn't perfect English, it's all just someone's unsubstantiated opinion and nothing more. Even the charges against Andrew are pretty vague at best and seem to be just stuck on to the ones against the main culprits there. There really isn't a single paragraph or sentence that can be even interpreted as a direct accusation against the company itself.
