Then why did the SNHs trade the-way-they-did???

The SNHs made their trading choices based upon this non-public information, so why did they make these choices and not other choices? Pure lawyerspeak nonsense.

"The SNH's have all said that they had non-public information, but it was not "material".

They didn't believe that the information they possessed would have lead other investors to trade differently."
