just spoke with JP. idcc expects that 6/30 is the estimated date, (by the ICC), that the award will be done. i guess 8/31 is a new last date... however, she really emphasized that by transmitted to the company she means done--signed, sealed and delivered!

she also assured me that the licensing dept. has not been on furlough awaiting the nok award. in all seriousness, i persisted to ask if the company still characterizes the nok arb. as 'not an impediment' to signing other licenses? she wouldn't go there, but toshiba in the fall, and rimm and option ~1 year ago, stinks. i think nok must be a large impediment, imo.

all in all, sounds like they are still waiting with baited breath--can that be the right metaphor? was someone waiting with fish in their mouth?
