Not a happy day for all of us who held IDCC share and did not let them go in the $70+ per share as we could have.

I did not see this coming. Maybe some of you are smart enough to havesmelled it but I was not. Thus I'm holding the bag this morning.
But it is not the first time: I did not sell when it went to $58/s
and watched it going down to the thirties. As a matter of fact I bought some more down there. Nor did I sell any in the first run to $80+/s. No Sir not me!!!You see I'm not quick enough or not smart enough or..., maybe just maybe I'm trying to save myself the trouble of deciding when to get back in if at some point I'm tempted enough to get out.
As of today the way I see it is this: IDCC just hired two investment bankers to explore "strategic alternatives". I have no reason to believe that they are not doing just that. There are so many scenarios that can be worked out that I'm sure one of them will work out. As of today's announcement,well.. it was the first shot in a battle (war) that has just started.
