I'm glad to see that "now that you think about it," after touting MM getting paid $15,000 per month for weeks, you realize you have no proof whatsoever.

The statement in the 10Q that the company "recognized" $30,000 in management services suggests that MM has been working as president of SLMU for free, and that the company values his work at approximately $10,000 per month. Similarly, immediately above the line you quoted, it shows the company "recognized" $1,333 for donated rent. That doesn't mean MM or anyone else was actually paid $1,333- that is the value the company assigned to the benefit it received.
