Exactly Strike, How important is this Judges reputation and career, obviously not important enough.. I have basically read so many docs on this case,. that I know Susman Godfrey has put Judge Walrath in a box. The why now comment to Bet has pissed me off about her and this so-called bankruptcy case.

We have debtors that have been forced and obvioulsy threatened by JPM to cancel all equity and let the SNH's negotiate the deal. Bondholders and Noteholders securities are trading at PAR! The Market does not believe this case is going to be won by equity, they know the system is corrupt and SG is going to take this to the next level if this incompetent judge approves the POR without burning and subordinating the claims of the SNH's..

As she said on Friday it is Okay to trade, I am not going to question their trading! Well Your Honor you are a fricking idiot, because you can not see the light thru the trees, you obviously only make others comply with 2019, but you let JPM off on 2004...

Prove me wrong you naive' Judge. If you approve that POR, your career is toast, your freedom may be in jeopardy, because SG doesn't need to fund the Litigation Trust to prosecute the claims on the right venue (DC) [he works on contingenicy] no there is now more than enough case law for an Appeals court to stay the POR in light of all the recent activity in the courts, including SCOTUS.

I actually have faith in you Judge Walrath, to do the right thing, but I am questioning your grasp of the "whole ballgame" and I don't like the way you interact with the Pitcher (BR)

Approving the POR opens Judge Walrath up to so much scrutiny, she would be crazy to take the JPM money and expect Obama/Daley/Dimon to be there when the chips fall, she will have bus tracks on her so fast, it will not be funny (Obummer is out in 2013).. Yes Mrs Capp you need to Tell Judge Walrath, that all eyes are on her gavel (which she never uses) and her robe, which will not protect her from a new Justice Dept in 2013.

So WAKE UP WALRATH! Deny the POR and save you robe, approve it and I guarantee you will be forced out within 1 year and of course the damage will be done, but you will have a hard time hiding from PO'ed shareholders who will stop at nothing to make sure you, the HF traders and negotiators, Brian Rosen, Adam Strochak, Stacy Friedman, Robert Sachs, Bruce Clarke, etc... get their just due , including loss of freedom...Don't believe me, well just try it and find out, the pen may be mightier than the sword, but the Mouth is louder and with the right audience, it gets the job done.. You see Judge Walrath, shareholders think outside the box, not in it like your courtroom, it is your own fault that you have found yourself in a box.

If you deny the POR and wait a couple of months you can WITNESS THE DEMISE of the bank you are actually trying to protect. You can witness the shareholders of WMI work with the JPM BK court to make sure their claim is on the books, I know we can just say 27 Billion "unliquidated" and let it ride! All the way to being the new owners of Chase, so we can really show JPM the way forward!

You can side with a zombie bank (wall street analysts) that has parked over 1 Trillion in liabilities off its balance sheet and over 76 Trillion in derivative contracts with 68 Trillion being just for Silver, that never has existed. Yes, Judge Walrath, pick that door and you will go down with that ship. I know you want a full-on Settlement across all classes, so do we, but we also want justice in DC, rule on the jurisdiction, stay this BK and let us go back to DC, it is an easy way out. A good alternative is to reverse your order on the GSA because of Bad Faith and award the 4.4B to the WMI estate, that will get the ball rolling in equities favor. That is how you force a TRUE GLOBAL SETTLEMENT!

It's your call Judge Walrath! wink
