Similar products are the first thing you look for in this arena. There are many patents for fluid heaters. Hey, Apple registered 563 patents last year alone, but it don't stop people from making something SIMILAR... but a tad different. Look at PROZAC... of course they spent millions on development and testing..but oh,dear...look at all drugs that Dr. Feelgood had a couple years later. The other drug companies didn't even blink an eye. You don't think Diet Pepsi had a patent????? Of course they did. But did that stop Diet Coke???
